PRIAPIC POTIONS: Tapping into Male Sexual Prowess

Ah, Priapus, the deity of robust, tumescent erections and boundless virility. What's not to like? The symbolism of fertility and abundance inherent in the image of the Greek God's erect member is striking. Remarkably, this same symbol resonates across diverse cultures and mythologies, where potent male virility signifies the unobstructed flow of life force, bringing forth luck, allure, affluence, well-being, and protection against malevolent forces. From Bali to Sweden, and South America to far-flung places, these phallic representations persist.

Voudon Gnostic author Michael Bertiaux intriguingly argues that sexual vigor aligns with male magical power, facilitating the manifestation of desires in the tangible world. Bertiaux's insight into Hoodoo Spirits reveals their significance in sexual prowess and willpower, stating that "all of the spirits are big in their sexual parts and powers. They are big in their desires of more and more power of will and action." This intertwining of sexual potency and metaphysical strength underscores the connection between man's sexual organ and spiritual energy.

Beyond magical and mythological considerations, a thriving male libido serves as a reliable indicator of overall physical well-being. Cardiologist Joel Kahn's research highlights that erectile function, more than any other parameter, closely correlates with heart and hormonal health. This connection between reproductive fitness and vitality should not be underestimated from an anti-aging and longevity perspective; it's a hallmark of biological youthfulness.

Whether your quest involves accessing sex-magical energy, enhancing heart health, slowing down the aging process, or simply aiming to excel in the bedroom, the forthcoming strategies offer valuable insights. Derived from a blend of practices and traditional wisdom, these guidelines pave the way for a more empowered masculine experience.

The Path to Potency

Fortunately, unraveling the mysteries of male libido and sexual prowess is less intricate than the multifaceted nature of female sexuality. The key lies in optimising blood flow and testosterone levels. This can, and should, be approached through proper nutrition, training and lifestyle interventions but for now let me describe several formulas both traditional and modern that will do just that for you.

Before delving deeper into the realm of Priapic potential, let's acknowledge the basics. If you're seeking to awaken Priapic powers, it's imperative to address the glaring culprits. Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, inadequate sleep, insufficient protein and healthy fat intake, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle, can swiftly diminish both your health and your desire.

The Blood of the Boner God Potion - Elevating Nitric Oxide

Indulge in my rapid and effective concoction, the "Blood of the Boner God Potion" (BBGP): Combine 6g of l-arginine, 3g of l-citrulline, and the juice of a freshly juiced beetroot (beetroot powder or extract can also serve as alternatives).

BBGP synergises non-essential amino acids l-citrulline and l-arginine with beetroot juice. These amino acids stimulate the body to produce nitric oxide (NO), promoting arterial relaxation and augmenting blood flow. Notably, the mechanism aligns with that of ED drugs like Viagra and Cialis. Beetroot, a naturally nitrate-rich vegetable, engenders a similar effect via a distinct pathway. While this combination boasts additional health advantages, we'll narrow our focus to its role in sexual enhancement.

Originally devised as a non-stimulant pre-workout, BBGP unveiled an array of additional benefits through regular use. Administer twice daily - morning and evening - for a week, and its effects will become abundantly evident. After two weeks, taper down to once daily if desired. Commit to a solid month, and prepare to be not just surprised, but profoundly impressed by the results.

Elevating Testosterone - The Essence of Masculinity

Testosterone is the quintessential male hormone, underpinning masculine traits, muscle development, and libido. While the goal isn't to artificially spike testosterone to extreme levels, optimising free, or bioavailable, testosterone is pivotal.

Unquestionably, dietary and lifestyle choices exert significant influence over hormonal equilibrium. Embrace weightlifting, cardiovascular exercise, and adequate protein and essential fats to fortify hormonal well-being. Beyond these practices, proven herbal supplements hold the potential to substantially amplify bioavailable testosterone.

Two such supplements - Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis - have long been used in bodybuilding circles to increase endogenous testosterone and subsequently increase muscle mass. Tongkat appears to work primarily by liberating bound testosterone and secondarily by stimulating lutenzing hormone (LH). Fadogia works work primarily at stimulating LH and increasing your body's sensitivity to its influence. They are complimentary herbs that can be taken both in isolation and in combination as promoted more recently by Dr. Andrew Huberman.

Tongkat Ali: Dubbed Malaysian Ginseng, this herb traditionally functions as a potent aphrodisiac in Southeast Asia. Its unique ability to modulate both testosterone and cortisol makes it a coveted tonic for overall health enhancement.

At the heart of Tongkat Ali's notoriety lies its aphrodisiac qualities. Revered for its potential to enhance male sexual vitality, it has been traditionally used for promoting healthy testosterone levels. By supporting the balance of this hormone, Tongkat Ali contributes to a more robust libido, heightened sexual performance, and overall sexual well-being.

Fadogia Agrestis: Much like Tongkat Ali, Fadogia Agrestis is a herb well used in the quest of male enhancement. Native to West Africa, particularly Nigeria, this plant has earned its place in traditional medicine due to its notable impact on male health.

Fadogia Agrestis's benefits extend beyond hormonal influence. Its holistic impact encompasses stress reduction and cortisol regulation. This multifaceted approach bolsters its standing as a potent tonic for overall well-being.

Dosage: Optimal dosages of Tongkat Ali range from 200mg-600mg per day and Fadogia 300-600. Neuroscientist, Andrew Huberman, recommends an aggressive 400mg Tongkat, 600mg Fadogia noting per day for around 8 weeks before cycling off Fadogia due to potential toxicity with extended use. My personal recommendation is 200-400mg Tongkat, 400mg Fadogia, cycling off Fadogia at the 8 week mark. With that said, if you were to go with only one of these two herbs, Tongkat should be your first choice.

Most men will notice an impact on libido and overall wellbeing within 7-14 days, with effects becoming more pronounced after a month of solid use. As an aside, I'd also recommend supplementing with the key minerals that support free testosterone at the following dosages daily; Magnesium gylcinate 400mg, zinc bisglycinate 30mg and boron 6mg. Doing that will stack the cards in your favour.

Botanical Aphrodisiac Elixir:

Leading up to any magickal working involving sexual gnosis the following elixir can be consumed daily. For instance, begin daily consumption at the New Moon leading up to the Full. The basic formula can also be adapted as a stronger sacrament by infusing into red wine. Equally, it can be consumed just to add more fuel to your fire just as a regular tonic.

Note that when combined with the previous strategies this is likely to send your libido into daily overdrive - you've been warned.

Ingredients:

Damiana Leaf (Turnera diffusa): Damiana is the star of this elixir, known for its potential to enhance libido and sexual function in both sexes.

Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii): Maca is another renowned aphrodisiac and adaptogen that may boost energy, stamina, and overall sexual vitality. Note: Black maca root will produce best results.

Ginkgo Biloba Leaf: Ginkgo biloba is believed to enhance blood circulation, which can contribute to improved erectile function and sexual response.

Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum): Cinnamon may help improve blood flow, which is beneficial for sexual health.

Vanilla Bean (Vanilla planifolia): Vanilla not only adds flavour but can also have a mild aphrodisiac effect due to its aroma and potential mood-lifting properties.

Preparation:

Combine equal parts of dried damiana leaf, maca root, ginkgo biloba leaf, cinnamon bark, and a small amount of vanilla bean.

Use approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend for every 250ml of hot water.

Steep the herbs in hot water for about 10-15 minutes. Strain and consume.

BE CONSISTENT

Combine these strategies for a solid month and I can guarantee you'll be astounded by the difference it makes to your confidence, overall health, virility and sexual prowess. Continue for two months and you'll make Priapus himself envious.
